Also, be careful, PDX has a history of changing DLCs because they dug themselves into a hole with PR and basically give all the customers who bought said DLCs the middle finger by putting necessary mechanics that were in the DLC into the game to save their stained reputation.īuy them if you have the money and don't mind the risks. Most of the DLCs are region specific, but have mechanics that fix a lot of artificially construed problems, like the hassle of recruiting armies by clicking each province manually or making religions useful.

Wait until they are on sale or pirate them of you are in Canada (cause it's actually legal in Canada.) Thus, I want to know which DLCs are needed to really best enjoy the game.
